Provisions to apply as modified for additions
proposed.
In the case of any addition
or extension proposed to a building existing at
the commencement of these rules, the provisions
in these rules elsewhere shall apply, subject
to modifications in this chapter:
Provided that for the purpose of calculating permissible
floor area ratio the whole building including
the existing and the proposed portion shall be
taken into account.
(101) Addition or extension
to be permitted on existing side set back in contain
cases
In the case of building
for residential or commercial uses existing at
the time of commencement of these rules, having
one or two floors addition or extension shall
be
permitted upto three floors and staircase room
inclusive of the existing floors on the same existing
side set backs:
Provided that the existing set back shall be average
90 cms, on the side and average 60 cms. On the
other side:
Provides further that if the existing single storied
building has average 60cms. Each on
both sides addition or extension shall be permitted
to one more floor and staircase cabin provided
further that basement or cellar floor shall be
taken into account for
calculating the number of floors:
Provided also that the front and rear set backs
shall be as required under these rules.
(102) Period of permit
and renewal: -
1.The permit shall be valid
for one year from the date of issue and may be
renewed for
further one year on submission of application
in white paper, typed or written in ink,
affixed with necessary court fee stamp.
2.The application for renewal shall be submitted
within the valid period of the permit
and the renewal fee shall be fifty per cent of
the permit fee. |
