Nagpal Builders has its corporate base in Cochin (Kochi) and was incepted in 2002 to help realize the rising need for quality housing in Kochi. Mr. Kapil Nagpal, Chairman and CEO is at the helm, leading the company from the front. Though hailing from Agra, he had made Kochi his home since 1989. Nagpal’s tryst with real-estate business began way back with property deals and transactions. The first housing project was launched in 1999, and plots suitable for villa construction were made available and the ever quality & value-for-money-conscious Kochi-ites lapped up what was made available and still cherish their wise investment.

This first enlightening experience convinced Mr. Kapil Nagpal that Quality, Affordable housing will always be in demand. With this insight, he built a team of highly qualified and experienced personnel from the Construction and Management sectors. And this group of dedicated professionals set out on their task of building homes, not houses which will cater to the objectives and requirements of the modern family. The team at Nagpal Builders is committed to giving each home-seeker a lifestyle to suit their individual aspirations!

This led to the launching of Spring Tide Villas(16 Nos.) and Spring Terrace Apartments(8 Nos.) at Elamakkara in 2003. Individual villas at Spring Tide were handed over within 12 months from the date of sale, while Spring Terrace was completed in about 15 months. And currently there are FOUR on-going projects – Stadia Park Villas at Kaloor, Sapphire Court Villas & Sapphire Heights Apartments at Vennala and the prestigious Silver Streak Apartments at Panampilly Nagar. While Silver Streak is scheduled for completion by September, 2007 all the other three projects are to be handed over before the end of this year.

Our engineers personally oversee the details, from planning to design, construction to the final inspection.
