Foundation :
Rubble masonry with cement mortar and RCC plinth/raft foundation or DMC pile with connected beams
Structure : Semi wirecut bricks or country bricks masonry.
Flooring : Granite slab for sit-out, Vitrified tiles in living and dining, ceramic tiles for all others.
Toilet :
Ceramic tile for flour and walls up to a height of 190 cms. with border. Concealed plumbing, coloured sanitary fixtures (Parryware or equivalent) and C.P. fittings (Marc or equivalent). Hot & cold water tap with shower and provision for geyser in master bedroom toilets.

Security : Guard room for 24 hours security.
Water Supply : Round the clock water supply through sump and overhead tank. Drinking water from KWA line. Water drawn from well or bore-well for other purposes at extra cost.
Car Parking : Covered individual car parking at extra cost.
Garden : Each villas has space for private garden.
Recreation : Shuttle Court, park and children's play area.
Compound wall : Both side plastered compound wall, MS grill and gate
